On Thursday 24th November 2016 our development at Butterfly House, Guildford was confirmed as the winner of the Best New Luxury Property or Development category at the Surrey Property Awards 2016.

To win such a prestigious award is testament to all the work put in by the Aspen Homes team over the years, and a fitting tribute to our long term colleague John Moore who sadly passed away earlier this year.

Lastly we would like to say a big thank you to all of you who voted for us, your continued support for Aspen Homes is greatly appreciated.
