With the block and brickwork going up at an impressive rate the scaffolding has arrived and is being erected in preparation for first floor level work. Work resumed at 54 Pewley Hill midway through January and the team on site have been making great progress since. With the footings in place and the ground level block and beam flooring almost complete, it will not be long until the brickwork starts to go up and the house begins to take shape.
