May and Juniper Cottages was a joint venture undertaken by Aspen Homes alongside the land owners, creating a scheme of circa 100 units.
Liaising with local bodies and neighbours, we sought to design a development that would cause as little disruption to the community as possible throughout its lifetime, whilst creating an idyllic environment for the future occupants.
The scheme successfully gained planning approval in November 2019, before being sold on to Bloor Homes in early 2021. We wish Bloor luck with the development, and look forward to seeing the finished product.
