Tretower House, Guildford

We were delighted to receive planning permission for the development of 6 new homes on land at Tretower House, Guildford. The existing Tretower House is to be retained and sectioned off from the new development named Willow Place – a mixed scheme of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes designed and built to the Aspen Homes standard.

We began construction at Willow Place in early 2023, with infrastructure works including utility laying and the construction of the road taking us through the spring. Now that works on the road are complete, we have turned our attention to the renovation of Tretower House whilst contractors begin preparations for the foundations of the 6 new homes.
