Planning Permission at Horseshoe Lane West

We were delighted to receive approval from Guildford Borough Council for our development of 3 new homes at Horseshoe Lane West.

When we were introduced to the site it had an existing approval for 4 new homes which we felt was far too congested and was not sympathetic to the local area. In reducing the scheme to 3 houses, we have given the homes the space they deserve. This reduction in density has also allowed us to incorporate an ecology area within the development that will boost the biodiversity of the site. The site plan can be viewed above.

We hope to begin construction in Autumn 2024.
