Renovation of Tretower House, Guildford

With work on the road and utilities now complete, the Aspen Homes team have turned their attention to the renovation of Tretower House. The house has been taken back to the studs to allow us to properly inspect the state of the property. New steel, concrete and timber lintels have begun to be installed to ensure that the property is structurally sound, this is ahead of the new tiled roof which will be installed in a manner that is in keeping with Tretower House.
Tretower House is an exciting challenge for Aspen Homes, we look forward to restoring the property to its former glory and hope to create a home that not only the future owners, but also the local community will be proud of.
