It has been an extremely productive few weeks for the Aspen Homes team, with utilities being laid at Willow Place alongside the installation of the surface water drainage system within the new road that will serve the future properties. Due to our commitments to sustainability there is no gas at Willow Place, however water and electric ducting is now in place within trenches running to the 6 plots to ensure quick connection of utilities in the future. The surface water drainage is a fairly complex system consisting of several layers, but the team have been making commendable progress despite operating in some extremely wet conditions over the past few weeks.
