Planning Permission at Tretower House

Last night we attended the Guildford Borough Council planning committee meeting where the committee were discussing and voting on our proposed development at Tretower House, Guildford. We were delighted to receive a unanimous vote in favour of the development of 6 new houses.

With permission now in place, our focus turns to conducting site surveys and finalising construction drawings in time for an early 2023 project start.
