Road construction begins at Horseshoe Lane West

Over the past two weeks we have been installing drainage and utilities infrastructure to enable us to begin work on the road that will serve the 3 new houses at Horseshoe Lane West, Guildford. With this infrastructure now in place, construction of the road can begin.

The road will be layered with temporary tarmac which will enable heavy goods vehicles and other forms of construction vehicles to enter the site throughout the project. Come the end of the development, the road will be finished off with block paving.

Construction of the road will take a few weeks, after which we can begin work on the foundations of the 3 new homes.
